Hundreds of people have achieved their goals with our Run Challenge, and you can too! Whether you’re just getting started, building your confidence, or up for a new challenge, let's lace up and hit the footpath together.

You’ll join weekly group sessions with run coach Bee Lo for guidance, encouragement and technique development, alongside a supportive community. Receive a customisable training program incorporating Eve classes and 1 - 2 solo runs per week - all designed specifically to help you reach your goal distance. Plus you’ll a receive a money-can’t-buy Team Eve run singlet and entry into the Mornington Running Festival on 3rd May, where you'll get to show yourself just how far you've come.

5km
We’re going to go from zero to 5km in six weeks. Seriously!
Whether you’re a complete beginner (like you don’t even run to catch the tram!) or it’s been a while, this is the challenge for you. We still start from scratch and gradually build up to running the full distance by the end of the challenge. You'll be amazed at what you can achieve with a great training program, lots of support and encouragement, and a bit of determination.

Apart from your weekly group training sessions, you'll have a flexible training program and one solo walk/run per week, plus Eve classes focused on building your fitness effectively in a short amount of time.

10km
If you're already fairly comfortable running about 5kms, this one is for you. We'll start at around 5km and steadily increase the distance throughout the challenge, to reach the full 10km.
​
If you've been 'stuck' around the 5km mark, or can't seem to run more than half an hour, this challenge could be the breakthrough you're looking for.
​
You'll have weekly training sessions, and a flexible program with two solo runs per week, and Eve classes to help build your strength and endurance.
​​
Eve's run challenges are open to women & non-binary folk.
