We have an ever-growing range of classes and other offerings to support mummas and mums-to-be.

We’re honoured to support you during this special season in your life.

Our aim is to empower you to keep moving in ways that feel good for you through all stages of your pregnancy and motherhood. 

There is so much advice out there about what's best in terms of exercise during pregnancyh. We certainly don't want to add any overwhelm.


We've pulled together the latest research to create some simple guidelines to help move well throughout your pregnancy. 


Brunswick: 6.15 - 7:30pm Thursdays with Julia-Rose Gribble

Preston: 11.15 - 12:30pm Sundays with Ali Kennedy

We offer weekly prenatal yoga classes at our Preston studio, open for you to attend casually or as part of your Eve membership.

These classes are suitable throughout your pregnancy and can be adapted to your changing needs. No prior yoga asana experience is needed.  Take time out to connect with yourself, your growing baby and other people in the same life season. 


Our child-friendly classes are a new addition to Eve, as we seek to support the mums and carers in our community. These classes are part of our regular timetable and are open to everyone. A number of spots in the class have been allocated for mums or carers to attend and bring along their school-aged child  (5 - 14 years).

The kids will sit in the room where the class is happening, and the idea is that they entertain themselves quietly - we're thinking reading a book, playing a quiet game, watching an iPad with headphones etc.

Dance, Fitness, Yoga & Pilates

These relaxed, fun classes are a great way to move your body as you connect with your little one, yourself, and other mums.

As life with a little one doesn’t always fit to a tight schedule, these are open sessions where you can arrive any time during class, complete as much as you like and leave when you and mini are ready. No pressure. Toddlers can join in, and bubs can be carried in a sling or carrier (BYO).


Suitable for all levels. Just get your doc's okay to exercise after giving birth.


Next course: 6 July - 10 August

This six-week series offers you a chance to centre yourself and turn within.
Connect with your values and desires, while growing your knowledge of pregnancy and birth. 

Each session includes a sharing circle, journal prompts, movement and breath practices, all customised to support you wherever you're at. You'll also have access to online pre-recorded resources to support you between sessions.

Come join our facebook group focused on all things pregnancy and motherhood. 

This page isn't just for expecting or new mummas.  It's for all mummas at any stage of their motherhood journey. If your mini isn't so mini anymore, we see you!

In the group you'll find lots of great content including mini-classes, shared resources, updates on what's happening at Eve for pregnant people and mums, and more. It's a great way to tap into the community of mums at Eve.


We're fortunate to have a collective of experienced women's health practitioners co-located at our studios in Preston and Brunswick. They offer a range of services to support you with fertility, conception, pregnancy, birth prepation and induction, and postnatal care. The modalities on offer include:

  • Acupuncture

  • Naturopathy

  • Pregnancy & Induction Massage

  • Shiatsu

  • Counselling


If getting to a class in person is tricky for you, Eve at Home could be a great option. You get the convenience of doing a class whenever and wherever it suits you, and the ability to pause the class if needed.

We have a huge range of on-demand classes including yoga, dance, pilates, strength training, fitness, meditation and more. Plus there are a number of classes specifically for pregnancy and early motherhood. 

Eve at Home is just $20 per fortnight, or included in your Unlimited Membership.


Did you know Eve has a library?

At each studio we have a bookshelf full of books you can borrow, including many about fertility, pregnancy, birthing and motherhood. These books have been shared by our team members and come recommended.
