This six-week series offers you a chance to centre yourself and turn within. Connect with your values and desires, while growing your knowledge of pregnancy and birth.
While movement is at the heart of this series, we’ll also explore:

embracing change as you transition into motherhood.
Each session includes: sharing circle, journal prompts, movement and breath practices, as well as online pre-recorded resources to support you between sessions.
