50 HOURS YIN

YOGA TEACHER TRAINING

Women-Centred Yoga

Yin Yoga holds an important place in the current yoga landscape. You may be drawn to yin for its gentle, nurturing approach, for the range of physical benefits - improved posture, increased functional range and greater ease of movement - or for its underpinning traditions: yoga and traditional Chinese medicine.

Whether you're a yoga teacher seeking to expand your knowledge and offering, or a yin yoga student wanting to delve deeper into the theory and practice, this course is designed for you.

As in all of our yoga teacher trainings at Eve, we take a women-centred approach. This move away from the standard male-normative paradigm provides a more inclusive, accessible practice for all practitioners, helping to restore much-needed balance.

Course facilitator, Kathy Peterson, is a dedicated and experienced yoga practitioner and teacher. She has explored various yoga lineages and has studied exercised science, Pilates and traditional Chinese medicine. Combining her extensive knowledge and experience with a passion for sharing yoga (and helping others to share it too), Kathy will support you to learn, grow and fall more in love with yoga.
