50 HOURS PRENATAL

YOGA TEACHER TRAINING

You became a yoga teacher to make a difference. But when a pregnant student walks into your class, do you feel fully confident supporting their unique journey?

Expectant mothers come to the mat not just to stretch, but to prepare - physically, emotionally, and spiritually - for the profound transition into motherhood. They need guidance, reassurance, and practices tailored to their changing bodies and life stage.

That’s where you come in.
You have the heart. Now it’s time to gain the skills.

Our accredited 50 hour Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training equips you with the tools to safely and confidently support pregnant students, whether in general classes or dedicated prenatal sessions.

You’ll learn how to hold space for each person's individual experience, and to empower her with calm strength, and self-trust as she prepares for birth and beyond.

Facilitated by Julia-Rose Gribble, this course is for yoga teachers and pregnant people (or those planning to be) seeking a more informed practice.*

If you're a yoga teacher, this course will enable you to expand your offerings and your impact.  Whether you intend to work specifically with pregnant people, or simply want to know how best to support those attend your general classes, this training will be invaluable.

If you're not a teacher, but you're pregnant (or plan to be), this training will add so much depth to your knowledge and practice, preparing you to navigate this rite of passage in an empowered way.

Course facilitator, Julia-Rose Gribble, is a devoted mother, educator and experienced pre & postnatal yoga teacher. She feels energised and passionate in holding space for yoga teachers, pregnant people and mums, educating and supporting them on the benefits of pre & postnatal yoga, and empowering them to trust their bodies and innate capabilities.
