Amy’s journey into natural health began with a deep curiosity about the body’s innate ability to heal during her own recovery journey from Lyme’s Disease. Over the past decade, she has cultivated a practice that bridges the gap between clinical science, natural therapies and traditional healing wisdom. Her passion lies in supporting women through life transitions, helping them find their centre in a world that often demands constant movement.
Amy creates a safe, earthy sanctuary where clients can connect to the body’s intelligence and explore their inner landscapes without judgment. Her therapeutic approach is grounded in empathy and presence. With a deep commitment to integrative care, she draws on two decades of mentoring women and her diverse therapeutic experience bridging the latest research in neurobiology with the timeless wisdom of traditional healing.
