A community gathering and chanting for peace
Kirtan is a devotional practice of singing and chanting together. Traditionally it's a form of storytelling, and a way of reminding ourselves of our oneness. It's a joyful way of uplifting the mind, awakening the heart and promoting a sense of peace.
This community session will be led by Annie Carter, Ingrid Holmes & Rachael Comte. No prior experience is needed. All women and non-binary people welcome.
Entry is by donation, providing mutual aid support for Sara Musleh in Gaza. Sara and her family have been displaced several times since their home was destroyed, and our support will help them in challenging process of rebuilding their lives.
