At Embody Balance Jane uses a blend of Traditional Chinese Medicine & Japanese Acupuncture which have a unique way of exploring the human body as a whole. By using her professional skill base, she will explore your reason for coming while unravelling any underlying patterns and put together an individual treatment plan that best suits you.
Using Acupuncture, Chinese herbs, Dietary therapy, and advice on home treatments Jane aims to not only address your initial issue but also set you up for optimal health and wellbeing

Jane has been practicing acupuncture since 2010. Her profession has taken her from London to Melbourne. Starting her career with a focus on fertility and pregnancy, she now sees women for all their health concerns. Along with fertility, mental health in particular has become an area that Jane really enjoys supporting women through.
Jane has a gentle needle technique and a compassionate and welcoming approach to practice.
