Brunswick Shiatsu is a collective of qualified and experienced practitioners bringing this healing

Grounded in the ancient knowledge of East Asian Medicine, Shiatsu is a holistic form of bodywork.
Using a range of techniques to affect a therapeutic result, we integrate acupressure and meridian

therapy with elements of stretching and deep tissue bodywork. As well as cupping, guasha,
moxibustion (a form of heat therapy), dietary and lifestyle advice.

Each session is uniquely tailored to your needs and preferences. The pressure applied as we work
with the body can be firm or light. Your practitioner will take the time to understand your needs on
the day & create a treatment plan to address not only the presenting symptoms but get to the
underlying cause(s).
Shiatsu works by stimulating the body's energy pathways to clear blockages and re-balance vital
