I have been teaching group fitness (and yoga) for the last four years, and so grateful that I fell into this industry unexpectedly. I started my health journey with group fitness and regular yoga practice to take back control of my life. It made me feel GOOD - not just physically, but mentally, and spiritually, too!

 

I completed my Cert III In Fitness and 200hr Yoga Certification in 2019 and am bloody thankful to be able to share my passion for movement with the beautiful souls at Eve. I hope my students feel the way I do, in their own training and practice - capable, nurtured and stronger then they could have ever imagined."
