"Hi, I'm Laura! I'm a Holistic Health Coach and Group Fitness Instructor. I'm originally from Manchester, UK and came to Melbourne in 2018. 

 

Since a young age, I've been passionate about movement and expression. I started dancing at the age of 12, diving headfirst into the vibrant worlds of hip hop and street dance. This love for rhythm and motion fueled my journey into the fitness realm. After I lost my Mum to weight related issues I became even more driven to help people on their health and fitness journey. 

 

As a Women's Strength Coach, my focus extends beyond just physical fitness. I am passionate about strength training! I specialize in helping you train in harmony with your hormones, creating workouts that honor and support your unique journey. I like helping clients create simple daily habits that are sustainable and enjoyable. Together, we'll unlock your strength, resilience, and confidence.

 

When you join my sessions, be prepared for an energetic and uplifting experience. Beyond my passion for fitness, I moonlight as a weekend DJ, mainly disco and funk but I love my 90's RnB!

Expect a belting soundtrack when you train with me! 

 

Beyond the studio, you'll often find me out walking with my pup Remi, drinking coffee, dancing or chilling with my cat watching Drag Race.
