Hi my name is Hana! 

 

My approach to movement is down to earth, playful and creative. I pull inspiration from my many years of dance and gymnastics training, anatomy and yogic philosophy as well as other modalities such as feldenkrais, gaga method and natural movement.

​

My aim is to create a space for students to mindfully move their body from a place of curiosity and self love. I am a big believer in movement for all bodies and I enjoy helping students to feel comfortable and welcome.
