With a background in personal training and mindset coaching, my classes focus on building strength while encouraging awareness and presence. I value intentional movement, clear technique and creating a space where participants feel both supported and challenged.
My style is balanced and energising, combining functional strength with moments of flow and breath, so you leave feeling strong and centred. I am passionate about movement as a way to reconnect with your body, rather than just performance, and I love helping people feel more confident and at ease in themselves."
