NATASHA DAVEY
Hi, my name is Natasha and i use the pronouns she/her.

I started my yoga journey with my daughter. We both wanted to find a way to slow down, learn how to tune in better to ourselves and the world around us.
Since starting yoga I feel called to come to my mat every day and relish the many benefits my practice provides . My own love of yoga lead to an inevitable need to share my passion with others.
I have always loved intense physical exercise but injuries nudged me towards focusing more intensely on yoga. I find the ways in which the physical and mental body can heal and adapt endlessly fascinating . I am always encouraging those around me to cultivate a healthy mind and body through movement. I truly believe that physical activity is life’s superior medicine.
I love teaching Yin, SlowFlow and Vinyasa as each one offers its own unique benefits for both body and mind."
