ZERO TO 5KM RUN CHALLENGE
During the pandemic, there's lots that we can't do, but one thing we can do is... RUN!
So now's the time to lace up, get outside, and work your way towards a full 5km.
We’re going to go from zero to 5km in five weeks. Seriously!
Whether you’re a complete beginner (like you don’t even run to catch the tram!) or it’s been a while, this is the challenge for you.
You'll be supported by trainer, JJ Simmons, and a group of women who are right in it alongside you (virtually, of course), to keep you motivated and help you reach your goal.
Includes:

A flexible training program incorporating two solo runs per week and Eve At Home classes, designed to build your fitness steadily towards running 5km!

Weekly group training sessions at 6:30am Tuesday mornings with JJ Simmons, via Zoom
Please note: you will need access to Eve At Home, our online studio, for the cross training in this program.
If you're already comfortable running 5km, you may prefer to join our 10km Run Challenge, or our Fast 5km Run Challenge, to build your pace and achieve a faster 5km time.
