SPRING RUN CHALLENGE
The sunshine is coming!
Lace up, get outside, and be part of our Spring Run Challenge.
Whether you’re a total running newbie or you’re ready to increase your distance, this is the challenge for you!
You’ll get coaching to develop your technique, build your fitness and stamina, a group mentor who has been there before themselves, and the essential support and motivation of your challenge crew.
Get fit, have fun, and achieve your running goal this Spring!
Perfect for women who have never run before (like not even to catch the tram) or who haven't run for a while! Our 5km group will start from zero and gradually build up to the full 5km distance over the six weeks. You will be amazed at what you can achieve with steady, consistent training, and a supportive group of women around you!
If you're already fairly comfortable running 5km and you want to increase your distance, this is the challenge for you! We'll build your strength and endurance over the six weeks, to help you hit that 10km goal.
Preston & Brunswick are GO
We are offering a 5km group and a 10km group at BOTH studios.
The Brunswick groups will train together on Saturday mornings, and the Preston groups on Tuesdays at 6am.
And we'll join together as Team Eve at the Melbourne Marathon 5km and 10km events.
