"Hey! My name is Amber and I teach Dance here at Eve.

The greatest thing for me about teaching dance is the ability to share something I love with others. My goal is to teach movement in the most fun, enjoyable and encouraging way possible.
Dancing helps develop confidence, improve spatial awareness, create a strong connection to your body, increase flexibility and build strength. It’s a great way to exercise and make new friends.

Having studied dance in undergraduate and postgraduate levels, my training covers Ballet, Contemporary, Jazz, Tap, Lyrical, Modern, Hip Hop and everything in between. My movement influences come from an array of places. Dance has allowed me to perform, choreograph, collaborate and create in festivals, concerts, charity events and projects for other independent dancers.

What can you expect from my class? Well, a good time foremost! A bunch of groovy tunes, sassy moves and the opportunity to challenge yourself.  I am here for you, so throw your song requests my way and I’ll create a routine for us all to boogie to. It’s truly not about how a move looks but more about the way it makes you feel when you’re out there on the dance floor strutting your stuff!"
