I started my yoga journey a decade ago as a student and continued to step onto my mat time and time again after feeling profound shifts within my physical, mental, emotional, energetic, and spiritual bodies.
I’ve trained in Vinyasa and Yin practices and thoroughly enjoy bringing yin and yang to each class. My classes typically embody elements of nature, integrate themes of mindfulness, and cultivate energetic qualities into synchronised sequences. I’m passionate about teaching components within your yoga practice to align and harmonise your mind, body, and spirit.
