"My name is Laura, and i'm a Melbourne-based yoga teacher who has been teaching since 2013.
Like many, yoga began as a way to get physically healthier. Over time, I learned more about the traditions and philosophies of yoga, and realised how therapeutic it was for the heart and mind. I enjoy threading mindfulness practices into my classes whilst also offering dynamic vinyasa flow.
I'm currently studying Osteopathy, am passionate about anatomy and love sharing my knowledge about the body and human movement, which I often weave into my yoga plans."
