Natasha Peiris . Course Facilitator
Natasha Peiris (she/her) is a qualified Ayurvedic Practitioner with Sri Lankan ancestry. She is a Bi-cultural Disability Support worker, Ayurvedic Postpartum Doula, Devotional Bodyworker and a Decolonial Alchemist passionate about sharing authentic Ayurveda and decolonising Yoga. Natasha’s embodied approach encourages and empowers all people to remember the divine healer within by reclaiming and harnessing the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda as the Yoga of life.
