Vedic Meditation is a simple, mantra based practice, designed to help us get the best out of life – reducing stress, anxiety and fatigue, improving mental performance and focus, increasing clarity and creativity, helping you be more present and so much more.

We're pleased to be hosting a Vedic Meditation Course with Kate McCready from Leading Beings. In the course you will learn the technique and importantly, how to really build a meditation ‘practice’ into your daily routine.
